Leg extension 4 x 15
Hack Squats 3 x 10
Adductors 3 x 15
Leg Press 3 x 15
Pendulum Squat 2 x 20

Calf Raise 5 x 15
Seated Calf 3 x 30


I threw up outside the gym 15 minutes after this!

Dips has always been my favourite exercise and far more easier on my shoulders than bench which I haven't done in 10 years now

with lower body for me wes its alll about a decent amount of reps.

I've gone ultra heavy on leg press in the past and popped 2 ribs. I load up for 10-15 and keep the rest between sets to 1 minute. Genuinely love legs a it seperates the Hazbins from the Hankys

It certainly simplifies the workout although it is tad boring

I had no specific workout when I went to the gym and decided in the locker room to do dips

No, I've never encountered an insect on the other side. Pamith has a male relative who passed over not too long ago though. An uncle, I think. I got uncomfortable and had to stop but he showed me Pamith stamping on a cockroach while suffering an autistic fit of rage. It's not the first animal that Pamith has killed. He's also exposed himself to evil spirits by meddling with occult forces and they remain with him now to bring him bad luck. I won't ask to speak with anyone for him again. He's cursed.
