Db shrugs 70,75,80,85,90,95,100,110,120,120,120,120
Laterals 25s for 12 sets

Front raises 30s for 8 sets
Superset
Bw dips 20-50 reps 8 sets

High cable crossover 6 sets
Superset
High cable rear delts 6 sets

Ez bar curls 70- 5 sets of 30-50
Superset
Over head db extension 70- 5 sets 20-50

Upright rows 60- 5 sets
Superset
5 sets rotary calf 5 sets

Was a long workout and the first of its kind since my shoulder injury and the shoulder is holding up nicely. All reps done slow and controlled. Took a few hours.

It`s been going out on me for years....usually lasts about a week or so,then it`s OK again  for months......this time can barely walk until I get loose and warmer.......feels like I`m being stabbed.

Had to take today off.......plus I missed 4 weeks of training and I`m sore as Hell.

Tomorrow light delts and arms but no pressing movements.

Sorry to hear that Wes, my back goes out once maybe twice a year for a few days. It’s sucks when you bend over and your coming up and it catches and you know you are fucked and drop to the floor.

I’ve been loving leg extensions recently. Usually do 5 sets high reps 20-50 and crazy burn and making quads nice and muscular. It’s all I do for quads as I’m not particularly into big legs just like them lean and muscular and capable of doing long walks.

Thanks brother, really in a good Grove right now with training/recovery, I gott attribute some of it to copious amounts of vitamin D I've been getting from being out in the sun, hiking 2-3 times a week, it legitimately makes a huge difference in health/well-being.

Thanks bro, muscle maturity is definitely real, the more years I've spent training came thinner skin, density, and vascularity.
