Could I weigh 160lbs living on 1000 calories of white rice and plain chicken with water and maybe have less stomach issues yeah sure. However, I want to lift that takes real food and lots of it. Chili is actually really healthy I would consider that close to ideal. The issue is the amount of food that is what causes problems but again there is no choice you want to lift and getbig you need to eat.
