You can already see the advantage of having got into good condition quite recently. Before you were up against it to lose a lot of fat, now you're in a great position for this show. As others have pointed out you're looking good at the start of your diet, well done mate!

 Looking good sir!  Started doing squats with a MUCH lighter weight than what was previously done in the past.  This was about 6 weeks out until my show.  By using the method mentioned by someone previously (full range of motion), my legs have actually grown into the show.

  Also, the same deal with the leg press.  When the sled touches the bottom portion of the machine is when the press begins. 

 Step ups using heavy dumbell's onto one of the metal boxes if your gym has one does wonders, and is great for getting the heart rate up.  Good luck!
