Hang in there, Mike. I don't know if this will help, but I convinced myself at crucial points of depletedness that taking a whiff of chocolate or just smelling sweets would suffice. So I got to a point when I wasn't offended or upset if my co-workers ate dessert while we were out to lunch and I was eating my homemade grub or order double-triple chicken salads with little to no dressing.

my staple was canned tuna with fat-free italian dressing.
