Not to beat a dead horse here, but that pic isn't me. Now, if you still want to keep your word  ( I understand that you made the bet b/c you don't have a sense of humor at what was an obvious jokke. double-pull, stamina move, come on!  So, there is no shame in backing out. ) , of course I will come down to Florida for 5k plus expenses.  Also I'm not fat so you can keep typing that until your fingers fall off, but it doesn't offend me.    So are we still on?

If you live close to Fl. drive or fly, whatever. You come to the gym & show me you can bench 350 (you claim a 357 bench,if I'm not mistaken) , I'll give you 3000.00. You curl 180 (you said you could do 183) I'll give you 2000.00. I'll bring Mike A. down & he can hold the cash, & I'll pay 240 to come over & video-tape the event for the world to see.I will then get on Get Big & tell everyone your the man & proclaim myself full of sh*t. Here's the catch, on the bench-press,you have to do a proper bench. You can have a lift off ,but you must control it down & up. Touch & go,1 rep,no bench shirt, but you can wear your belt & I'll let you wrap your elbows. Also you have to keep your ass on the bench. On the curl, no momentum swings, but being as it's 180, you can slightly bend your back. Like I said 240 can videotape it & if there is any controversy it will be taped for everyone to see. You lose you give me 500.00 which I will use to pay 240 & Mike A. for their time. I put this on here for everyone to see instead of a pm so in case you say I try to back out on the bet, its in black & white .So if I am not honorable you can sue me. You should be able to get a flight roundtrip for  around 500max which I will re-imburse you for also. If you drive save your gas & meal receipts & I'll cover those too, it's in black & white ,so you have nothing to lose. In case your wondering about the $$, I'm part-owner of a family-owned jewelery store, so it's not a problem. So let's go Fat-boy, time to put up or shut up, I'm calling you out. Feel free to start w/the excuses at any time.I am 100% serious. Are you ready to back your trap up or are you just full of shit ?

Dude....is this an open invitation for anyone?

I'll do this!

Mike trust me, in your low-carbed mind ,I don't want you near 350. & weed I still think your full of sh*t, yeah I understand totally that the pic may not be you,but your still a nothing in my book, because if you were into the scene, you would not be trying to F' Mike up while he's getting ready for a show, because you would understand what he's going though. So in my mind you & the guy in the pic are close to the same if not the same. All your doing is continually lying, so nothing coming out of your mouth is anywhere near the truth.

I'll videotape it, hype it, and probably make everyone a little bit of money for all parties involved with online wagering and ad revenues!

TO be honest, b/c I've never said who I am , there is no way to know for sure.  Hell, I could be some shrimp and send the biggest guy I know.  So, I don't know.  If you have any ideas, shoot.

Also, I am not trying to mess Mike up.  W/ a loss of 30lbs he should not look like that.  I was being honest.  Mike still has time to correct a few things.  You're the one fucking him up you prick.

Please weed, in all seriousness, enlighten us, tell us how you can be so vastly knowledgeable on BB'ing & look like a pile of sh*t. We are all waiting, tell us, oh great Disciple of Joe Weider. Now here's a question for those who've actually been on-stage, Mind-spin, Freak , Colussius, & anyone else I've left out. Remember, after the show when you went back to the gym? Do you guys remember getting so friggin pumped it was actually painful?& how quick it happened.

Here's a freebie, I wouldn't have him take so many shakes in.  That's the only Freebie you get. Let's see some of that 5k, and I'll give up some more info  (you can even play it off as your own).

Mike -

Props - you're actually starting to have abs!

But you have lost a lot of size - if you've time, maybe slow down on your diet a bit.

Have you lost STRENGTH?

I always found that a reliable way to tell if I was losing muscle (until the last 1-2 weeks of course when you're power goes way down.)

 yea............i have lost some strength
(not all that much tho)

this being my first show and all, i really wanna come in condition
if i sacrifice a lil muscle in the process that's OK
it's all a learning process
i feel like it's "The Road To Becoming A Man"....not "The Road To Compete"

Mike, don't sweat the muscle loss.  It's your first show.  Just get the process of preparation down.  It's not gonna be perfect the first time around.  I probably lost about 10-15lbs more than I needed to, but it was my first time competing.   Same as you.   Much props to you and Larry.  Keep on getting it, bro!
