you do look like a different person.

if i had to guess, I'd say you had a lot more bicep and shoulder days in your life than everything else combined.

Hi Everyone,

I am working on the side by side comparison pictures.  Here is back lat spread comparison.

Also, we would like to take a minute and thank Larry (LLES), Emma and Shauna (of course, such a cutie pie) for all their help and gracious hospitality.  We were over their house last night, had dinner, great conversation and went over the mandatories.  They are truly great people and have become good friends.

I would also like to mention Emma has a kickin BB/Figure/Fitness body (dayum  ;)).  I could only wish to be half as fit.  She has competed in the past and I am still in awe of the pictures she showed us.  She is also training for a show as well, so I would like to especially thank her for taking the time to work with us in getting Michael ready for his show.

It's quite apparent that if Freak and Cheri were the only 2 people left in the world ... they should not try and re-populate the world.  That picture is aweful.  ROFLMAO
:-\

Regardless I have the balls to post my own pics....not someone elses.

As for the skinny skeleton boy comments...lol....as of this morning I weigh a robust 230lbs.  I'll hopefully be starting my contest prep thread soon.  Let's see how things pan out in the next couple of weeks.

You need to pull your chest way up when hitting that front lat spread.  You'll look alot fuller and it will give your waist that tappered look.  Althought it does look like your crunching down on your abs in that FLS.  I would give both looks to the judges.  Start with chest up with your waist vaccumed.  Then cruch down on your abs and try to keep your lats flared the best you can with the second pose.  JMO.
