For fuck sake he trained back and biceps for 45 minutes then did some sled pulls and burpees and leg raises

I do volume work after my regular strict curls and I am doing them twice a week. My other workouts I am lifting just as much volume if not more than SC  last night if you count my reps lifting it was about 400 in total between all the exercises sets and reps.

Assuming his first 15 sets were for 10 he is still under 200 reps total between all exercises or half of what I did last night ducking morons

Fifty intensely hard reps is a lot tougher than 200 pussified reps.

It`s how much effort you put into each set,not the total amount of baby weight easy reps GAYLORD....now get back into your own thread and get owned all day per usual you fucking loser!

Again you seem to think riding a stationary bike and calling it an assault makes it somehow harder than Heavy lifting all you are doing is moderate lifting with some cardio that is not superior to heavy lifting I am going to have more strength gains than you this year guaranteed

100 reps of 315lb deadlifts and 90lb DB snatches is not moderate lifting.

Try a strict curl without the wall, I bet you cant curl 100lbs

Haven't posted a workout in awhile.

Warmup:
Airdyne / sled pulls
Reverse hyper
Broad jumps
Dead Hangs

Strength:
Conventional deadlift 6 x 5


Stamina:
12 min EMOM - 10 pushup / max airdyne  calories - this SUCKED - blood flow switching to upper/lower and back......I was heaving

Stamina:
10 min EMOM  ateral ski jump x 10 sec, 50 sec rest (no idea the point of this, but followed program)

Accessory:
T Bar row / reverse hyper supersets 3 x 12
There is no other kind.
