He doesn`t truly know what training in a strict manner is,or he`s just a kunt who luckily found out that he`s halfways decent at this wall curling bullshit and calls these curls strict, and revels with glee at something he may win at simply because there is nobody who cares enough about the activity to practice it, so there is better odds of winning when you are the only contestant.I hope he tears a bicep and learns a lesson actually.

stand up straight and start with the barbell on your thighs, now curl the weight to your shoulders using the bicep only, no upper body movement or swinging the weight and increase the weight until you have to move your upper body to complete the liftNow once you realise you cant get past 100lbs it will dawn on you that curling with your back against a wall with your palms facing inwards on a strict curl bar will allow you to lift more weight.If that explanation doesnt do it for you then I dont know what will
