"Speaking to The Post, the company declined to elaborate on what “sexually explicit” entails, which has content creators confused — and bracing for chaos."

From that same article:

“OnlyFans will prohibit the posting of any content containing sexually explicit conduct,” the company said in a statement. “Creators will continue to be allowed to post content containing nudity as long as it is consistent with our Acceptable Use Policy.”

The guidelines don't take effect until October and likely haven't been written in full yet. I think  NYPOst's slant is to make it seem as chaotic as possible. If your argument is that we don't know  the legal boundaries of what "sexually explicit" entails, then technically you're right.  But, as far as they've said, it will still be a site that allows a lot of graphic material, which wasn't the case with tumblr.

One of onlyfans biggest selling points is that the accounts interact with fans . So say you're into Danii Banks or whoever. You can find a ton of content, no problem, but then you join their only fans and they are more likely to establish a  paid "relationship" with you for in-app payments. It's not really about not knowing where to find free stuff to get your rocks off. All losers ain't broke losers.

Xtube is part of the Mindgeek/Pornhub empire of porn sites. They're getting pressured from the credit card processor end. Porn is a dirty business, and has a tremendous fraud and chargeback rate, so they're really clamping down on everything.
