im 41 years old and train 3 months outta the year so i can only expect so much progress,this year im gonna keep trainin all year and see what happens,god willing i dont get injured cause at 41 and the way my bodies beat up i can sneeze and pull my back out,ive done that already believe it or not.thanks for the cool responses people and thanks even for the negative ones,ill just train my balls off that much harder to improve.it was just me tryin to add alittle humor to the board here, the internet shouldnt be taken to seriously cause youll have a nervous breakdown if you aint careful,be cool guys and ill check ya tomorrow,my wife just got home with the white castles and todays my cheat day so im puttin afew away,the one day aweek cheat day is helping me out alot believe it or not,i dont over do it though but i just have afew things i cant have the other 6 days aweek
