Growing up in an urban area, i saw colored fellas much bigger than him who never even saw a weightroom.

They just played dice and did bodyweight exercises while eating 1 meal a day. Mostly chicken and sweet potatoes.

Just a few chin-ups a day and pushups and these guys looked like Deebo.

In fact, there were dozens of these guys walking around any community park in Chicago when i lived there.
