In Canada, from the data I just posted [uploaded again below], 15,909 of 20,344 [78.2%] are among people aged 50+. The ICU data does not take the same age pattern as the death data.

That's 3,174 of 4,059 ICU admissions per 100,000 unvaccinated population per year being aged 50+.

So 885 people under age 50 per 100,000 unvaccinated Canadians go to the ICU each year?

In Canada, 23,426,916 of 38,436,447 of the population is under 50.

That's 60.95% <50.

So there are 885 ICU admissions per 60,950 unvaccinated Canadians under age 50, per year?

Among those, 708 of 885 have underlying health conditions.

In fact, let's do it BY THE MINUTE:

55.6x365x24x60 = 29,223,360 ICU admissions per 100,000 unvaccinated people per year!

OF COURSE length of ICU stay matters:

If the average ICU stay was ONE YEAR, then the 55.6 per 100,000 unvaccinated people in ICU would be THE SAME 55 OR 56 PEOPLE ALL YEAR.

The state take a snapshot of the ICU at any given time:

At any given time, 55.6 per 100,000 unvaccinated people are in the ICU.

So I guess in Thunder Bay, with maybe 10,000 unvaccinated people, 5-6 are in the ICU. There are 22 ICU beds here, so that makes sense.

But the average stay is 5-7 days, so those people will be counted again, as a snapshot of what percentage of the ICU makes up unvaccinated people, and what percentage of unvaccinated people at any given time is in the ICU.

I'll address this one other way to show I am right.

But that's for a city of 100,000 unvaccinated individuals.

Let's assume Thunder Bay has 10,000 unvaccinated people, that means 2,294 will end up in the ICU.

Therefore 2,294/10,000 X 100% = 22.94% Chance that an unvaccinated person will end up in the ICU. Or about 1 in 5.

That means  22.94%/139= 0.165% chance of a Tripple vaccinated person ending up in the ICU. Or about 1 in 600.

In Summary

Unvaccinated = 22.94% Chance of being admitted to the ICU (1 in 5)

Fully Vaccinated = 0.165% Chance of being admitted to the ICU (1 in 600)
