Dude,you need to re-think bodybuilding as a whole.

Stop "bulking" as you always end up at the same bodyweight with very little actual new muscle size gained.... if any.

The term "bulking up" has,and always will be, used as an excuse to eat a ton of garbage and empty calorie dense foods to make the scale move up in weight.

Just start eating like a bodybuilder,and training like a demon,as opposed to eating like a fat teenager with no discipline, and training like a wuss.
