Mike no matter what level you compete at, it is all the same shit....we all eat chicken and potato's, we all lift weights, do cardio...drink tons of water.

But what breaks the hard-core from the rest of the pack.....is being in condition to POSE.
make sure you do ALL OF YOUR MANDATORY poses everyday for an hour...
you will not be windded on stage....

its the last week...HANG IN
