Thanks, you see I haven't been training that long and I need all the help I can get. Thanks for pointing that out. The next time I'm pulling a sled with 300lbs with a 3" diameter rope and flipping a 600lb tire.......I'll keep that in mind!

Just to let you know, there IS a difference between training and working out.

plus my wife doesnt like free waits because they hurt her wrists she said

the goal is to tone my muscles and build some endurance for my ufc training
looks at the pro fighters most of them dont look like bodybuilders and alot dont even wait train at all

besides free waits cause calluses on the hands and i need soft hands, for, well, you know...  ;)

I was on the True Adonis' "Be a Twink in 30 days" training and diet program. It worked.
