You are right back to take your turn after you puke...Sometimes you can skip the set...but there is no "walking away"...
You walk away once - you are never allowed back in...
Also - IF I see that someone is just not trying hard enough - after one fair warning - I will send them home BEFORE we finish with message to "come back when he is ready to train"...
And guys that trained with me KNOW that I am serious...I sent few home in the middle of the training and no-matter how hard they try to convince me they would try harder - I would insist that - they had their chance...
Once on the gym floor - I am not their friend...and good coach can't be considerate friend feeling sorry.... "

hahahaha, he neglected to mention that all of this "hard training" is done with a 25lb. plate on each side of the Smith Machine. ::)

What's enova oil? MCT dissapates after like 3-5 days...I don't know the jokers who came up with the 2 year bullshit.
What you actually need is some fluid that'll spread real nicely for like a day -- so it gets all throughout your muscle. Then firms up and stays around for a couple weeks. So it's not in one spot, but remains long enough that it can stretch the muscle w/o having to inject every other day. MCT does that to a point, but not very well.
And, oddly enough, it seems that the oil in QV (I don't know what they use) takes like 3 weeks to fully dissapate. But, it hardly spreads in your muscle, so it's lame in place of MCT because it always makes prominent lumps.
