Dont think anyone questioned him on making improvements.  It's more along the lines of him trying to put too much on too quick.  It's obivous with better cash flow he can get his hands on better compounds.  Would love to do a spec on him at the Health and Science Center on CO Blvd.   Anyway...I'll just stick to the vitals.  Has the same problem as Flex did with his chest.  Delts will overpower it.  Just doesnt seem to grow like his other parts.  Looking forward to the Arnold.  Still have him ending the night show 7-1.

BTW...web site looks nice.  You should school 240 on how to use fonts.

One last thing... hopefully he doesnt push his chest for growth and tear a d##n pec.  It's a genetic thing.  Even the best have a flaw or two.

Heath is starting to look more and more complete. He's chest is getting thicker and everything else as well. Now Victor M is in deep trouble!

Dexter is already scared of the phenom!

Hey if you cant handle the truth you shouldnt be on getbig.
What truth, asshole?! You were being a smartass to the guy, who's an all time class act. Did you notice how much attention he gave to your little 'advice'? Don't you think that maybe, just 'maybe', the answer for his chest development may lie in something a 'little' more complex than a simple 'bench press solution' ?! ???

It's sarcastic asshole responses like yours that spooks away the few pros that still waist their time interacting here with us.

Try to 'deliever' your 'truths' in a more educated way, just for a change of pace....the board welcomes it, for sure...... :-\

Thanks. :-*

Is there a pic of his back?  Everyone knows its the back that wins you the Olympia.  Shit look at Dorian's pec.  They weren't anything special either and Ronnies looks like a big set of flat titties.

Heath's legs have grown a ton since last year.  The thickness and separation are tremendous.  You just need to lay off of arms and not look to Levrone like.

WTF ..... His chest looks thick and full to me. Just a great physique. ( so many hater wannabees ). If Phil does some heavy one arm laterals ( for the illusion of width ) and he makes that a priority in his training along with back, you have a new Mr. O. Remember he is very young. I hope he just takes his time and doesn't rush anything. Also he should not read any press. This board included.

Needs to stop training his obliques.

Or ease up on the IGF, HGH & slin...I personally think he's Mr.O material provided he don't pull a Ronnie and start growing a huge waist line!  Phil's the man right now!

Chest/traps need a little more mass, and this guy is top 3 at the O! From the front. From the back, he looks great,  I'd say 2 years of heavy training away from having one of the best backs in the biz. This guy is the real deal ladies and gentlemen.

Phil looks like a cross between wheeler and our own shawn ray to me... chest looks like it is much improved as well as his quad sweep... like an above poster said, if he can do some side laterals and just KEEP THAT WAIST DOWN (no igf-1 and slin combos phil!  PLEEEASE!!!) he WILL be mr. O in the near future.  He just needs to remember that bbers in the early 90's looked a HELL of alot better than they do today because the igf-1 slin protocols weren't so frekkin rediculous as the protocols the pros are using now.  That early 90's look is what the judges are after... seemed like they had better conditioning as well back then...

Looks good. Shouldn't rush things (gear-wise). The base is already there, now work hard on chest, back and legs.
Does he have blue eyes, or is that just the flash? You don't see that a lot on a black guy. Or are you biracial, Phil?

Looks f*cking amazing in this pic - crazy arms, delts and quads. I'm not a fan of this kind of 'symmetrical / aesthetic' physique (as opposed to freaky, massive ones), but I still think Heath looks crazy. The upper arms, especially, are ridiculous. Good job 8)

Phil is an amazing BBer right now without changing anything.  Will be interesting to see how his physique has improved from last year.  We could see a top Olympia placing even this year!  How crazy is this....going from jr. nationals to winning pro shows to placing among the top of the Mr. O all in about 2 yrs time.  He is also cool and approachable to BBing fans.  Looking forward to the Arnold.

Hope the training is going well Phil

Lets see now........Quads have really been  brought up, most noticeably your outer sweep Phil. Beautiful job!

Also you've packed mass on just about everywhere on the front it looks like, but w/one problem. Your shoulders and arms are just too god damn big. They totally overpower your chest. Which makes ur chest look small, when god knows u dont have a small chest.

Good luck at the Arnold

Thanks fellas, I really appreciate the constructive criticism and compliments. I hope to bring a much, much better physique to the ASC than those pics, which were taken right after my 1st pro win and some good food hehe. Oh, to the one member who asked if I was biracial, the answer is no, I just got lucky I guess with having light eyes.

It's a shame about him being narrow structure, but as long as he doesn't grow a gut i think he should be top 3 in every show if his conditioning is right. Nobody's perfect(Shawn came close though) but i think its better to be a little narrow than to have a big gut, like everybody does these days.

Last time Big Jeramy "Freezer" Freeman predicted anything, he was right.

I'm of course talking about him owning the Muscletech benchpress contest.

Royalty, check with the Freemeister if he thinks anyone will be able to match Savickas this year.

problem is.. blue eyes r super pretty and appealing... everyone is drawn to them. blue eyes r damn near magical, a positive thing.

attack people 4 negative traits, thats a lot more reality based and effective.

Unfortunately for Phildo, his shoulders are nowhere near broad enough to bear anything heavier than his fat fucking cranium.  He had his clavicles narrowed for better aerodynamics (needed when sucking Schmoes off) in last class on planes.

I hope he goes the way of Wiggs, i.e.,  insane and for the greater part, ignored.   Except for laughing at.
