The exercise every BEAST can't resist. Power squat machine. Great machine, which a few people do correctly. I just came from the gym where some guy and his life partner were trading sets with a crazy 2 plates per side. Best part, is them sticking their ass all the way out and proceeding to work on their hip thrusts. The way to do that one is keep your back straight, legs forward on the pad, come straight down, while keeping your ass in. Any douchebag can do 10 plates a side using shanked form. And people wonder why they don't get "results" with all the "hard training" they've been putting in. Let's not even talk about diet.

that was my next comment... I just watched it again and THEN i noticed how he has his body angles backward almost to the point of doing a semi incline movement... he needs to lower that seat and do a weight he can actually handle or up the dosage!

nice.. range of motion is really short though, guess whatever works for you.. doubt your could do the same amount of weight and reps with a fuller range of motion though.

exactly, then he gets all defensive when people call him on it, i might be able to understand if he was huge and he was training like that but he's like 195-200 pounds and his arms look like they're 14 inches, that type of training obviously ain't working for him, what's really pathetic is that he's juiced to the gills, hahahahahahahahaha.

I'm truly surprised that Ron doesn't understand where the contraction of this exercise should be...So many pros use shittly form..But what they all understand is where the contraction begins and ends...Form doesn't really mean Jack...Ron has been around for some time now...Now I can understand why his arms just can't grow past average...He is putting almost no stress on the bicep itself...Tons of 4 arm going on in these "curls"
