no ...see back when i ws kinda big my max bench ws 225 (i could also shoulder press that..go figure :-\ )
anyhow..with a 2 ply shirt..i could rep 315 2 or 3 times.. :-X
hell if i put 225 on the bar and unlocked my arms the bar would drop 1/2 the way and stop..i'd have to pull it the rest of the way..
david henrys 700lb shirtless bench in my opinion is still the greatest ever..

Bench 315 for RM1 225 for reps (12)
Squats 405 RM1 and 315 for reps
Deadlift 405 for PM1 315 for reps
Let me add that there are haters on here who love to foul up my postings...Ron knows who you are!
May I also add that I broke the world record Deadlift in a t-shirt, no help... I broke several state records with just a t-shirt no bench shirt or squat suit. My ex boyfriend who is the chairman of the USPL in Cali, not only witnessed but had videos of the events...STEP!!!!

Okay I'm 160lbs 5'5" and here's my lifts
Bench 315 for RM1 225 for reps (12)
Squats 405 RM1 and 315 for reps
Deadlift 405 for PM1 315 for reps
now thats impressive! you r wayyy stronger than me! :-[
PLus let me add in that I have an 8" penoris that would have you chewing through your pillow :-*.

you know I forgot about Ms Lusko, she was in the guiness book of world records for hoisting her own bodyweight with a dumbbell in one hand
also Sally McNeil could do 50 or more chinups

Don't be mad because she is stronger than most guys. If you go to the Arnold or Mr. O look for her in the Animal cage. I have no reason to lie. I powerlifted for 15 yrs in the 165 and never did those numbers. Besides being strong she can step on the pro stage in BB whenever she wants to.

tazzie's pretty damned strong. we used to train at the same gym b4 katrina and i have seen her dead 405 w/out a suit....and my husband has spotted her on bench a few times with 275-290# FOR REPS...AGAIN, WITH NO SUIT.

At Australian Nationals 1980 she squatted and deaded 200kgs or 440lbs. did it easy they were world records so no need to really push. She was in the 75kgs I was centre ref but everytime Francis benched or squatted they put a Cat I ref in the chair. Gave me time to sneek upstairts and film her bench the first for a women over 300lb.
Following year she lifted substantially more at 82.5kgs from memory it was 330 or 341 bench with the others up as well.
Also in those days if you asked her what she was I'm guessing she would have said shot putter not powerlifter.
Never used a shirt they were not around in the early eighties, oh yeah the photos from the 1980 Nats appeared in musclular develoment (gave them to Mike Lambert and he passed them on .. got the photo credit though)

She's very strong and has tremendous endurance. she'll do 12 reps with 315lbs, you think she's done, then she squeezes out another 8-10 reps. I've seen her do this on many different occasions. It's hard to tell how big her legs are unless you see her in person, which is obviously from her training style.
You've been here awhile, are you familiar w/ Myesone? He's a friend of mine, I trained in some of the same gyms with him and then read his claims on here. I'm very aware of people boosting up their lifts.. Just wanted to come on and say Insomnia isn't one.
She's very strong, very intense, almost as strong and intense as me ;D

I remember when you came on here and explained the situation with myseone = legit and awesome physique, but boosting the lifts somewhat. Something you didn't see any need for with the type of physique he has.
I don't doubt INSOMNIA for a minute, she could give Priscilla Ribic real trouble if she ever decided to go lower reps.

I think you should give BBing a shot, especially if you feel you have to hold back your training for figure, or are getting bored with it. What is your training style like? Anyway, let me know if I can be of any help!

I have gone up to 405, but anytime i go heavier than 315, my hips, or knees, or both go out of whack...then I cant squat at all for months. Id like to be able to walk when Im old. Better and safer to just keep adding more reps.
Priscilla is a friend of mine, she is a freak of nature...squatting over 500lbs below parallel for reps, without making a sound. Watching her train is a sight to see.

You're very short and have a stocky build. You should consider benchpressing and powerlifting.
If you ever could get close to a 225 lbs benchpress raw, depending on your weight, I'm sure you would do very well with a benchpress shirt.
