Thanks, a little softer and smoother but alot healthier!! and after this is the offseason for me!! i hav'ent had an offseason since 2004!! After my last showings and not bringing my best packages due to this horrible flu i had for 2 mths, i took about 5 weeks off training. I have been back 2 weeks now and never felt better. Giving everything a rest and just enjoying my training and enjoying life.
I doubt i will compete this year but come about July i will start with a proper offseaon programme and hopefully put on some serious size!!! My best ever showing was NY 2005 and that was mainly due to the me not competing for 15 mths prior to that and my body being so rested, so thats the plan!!! I think i can hit 300lbs later this year and still maintain a BF level of no more than 10%. But either way, next year i know i and everyone will see a much better and much improved Luke Wood!! ;)

Well I have to say this is one of the few coherent and meaningful posts Derek has made. I too am a fan of Luke not only because of his freaky build but because of his personality, he treats everyone the way he wishes to be treated other then a few jokes here and there. Team Milos does not hate Derek. For your information Luke Wood is a member of that team and he has no problem at all with Derek. In fact they both get along really well.
