His midsection seems down in size, but those abs are just too distractingly big.

Glad DJ has gotten abit smaller. He will look alot tighter in the midsection and will be better conditioned. No doubt Top 3 in NY Pro.

Dennis was out here in Australia for the Fitness Expo we have in Sydney. It was greast catching with my friend DJ!!! We of course you cannot see from this pictures but DJ is looking CRAZY!!! Thick, Thick and more Thick!! Weighing 275. He will dial in just perfect and we will see the best Dennis James ever this year!!

The Blonde is Ifbb pro figure and good friend of mine Arina Manta!

Please don't tell me i look like Derek Anthony!!! Could'nt you just say i look like SHIT!!! that would be better!!! :D
