i eat clean throughout the week but on sunday's I totally pig out
on a typical sunday I eat:
1 dozen dunkin donuts (6 maple and 6 glazed)
2 medium sized bags of potato chips (the brands change each week)
half a pound of flavored tootsie rolls (cherry, lime, lemon, orange)
6 cherry dilly bars from dairy queen
half of a pepperoni digiorno pizza
3/4 of a gallon of skim milk
1 can of tuna
2 nectarines
1 cup oatmeal
I still lose about 2 pounds a week and am very happy with my progress 8)

Don't beat yourself up over it. It will probably help kick start your metabolism.

oh i definitly don't beat myself up over it, I love it ;D
I think it's good for the body, kind of shocks it and helps you to continue to make progress
as for the next day I think my waist might be about 1/2 inch bigger than it was the morning before but it is back to normal the next day 8)

you're just slowing down your progress. I understand cheating, but you're eating 3000 calories from donuts. :-\
Just eat some junk food every day, so you don't have to overeat that much when you cheat.

I don't do the sweets never really liked them...I do however, hit several restuarants during my cheat day and gorge on fatty high carb foods...Mostly Chinese and Japanese joints with a bunch of barbeque wings with beer to finish the cheat day...Mmmmm makin me hungry...

i just had a "cheat meal". my dinner consisted of a huge sala, two ears of corn, and 7 gigantic hamburger patties. and ech one had two leafes of lettuce, and some japanese hot sauce called "sriracha" cut up into it.
thats the worst i have eaten in probably 4 months.

that's how i live my life and when cheat day comes it never happens so going to Dean & Deluca on cheat day and buying a slice of premium cake is the only cheating i do and i'm fat and happy.

this is a poor example of a carb up...With that much fat in the donuts and shit you'll be spilling over...A text book perfect carb up would involve about 70% carbs....Wheras yours is likely to be about 70% fat...

I have a cheat meal every week duting pre contest dieting.Usually a pizza,kebab or fish and chips followed by apple crumble or ice cream.I feel it keeps my metabolism up and keeps me sane(ish).

I pig out every day and probably have clean fast food 5 days a week.
The secret isn't calorie restriction, it's busting your ass in the gym 5 times a week.
If you train hard enough, eat fairly clean but human and stay below too many total calories while getting enough protein and good carbs, and get your right sleep, you're fine.

It's hard to take pics in the gym. No one really does it, even those folks who compete in BBing or PLing. So for a regular douche like me to set up a video camera for some monster 185 pound incline BP would feel kinda weird.
