i eat clean throughout the week but on sunday's I totally pig out
on a typical sunday I eat:
1 dozen dunkin donuts (6 maple and 6 glazed)
2 medium sized bags of potato chips (the brands change each week)
half a pound of flavored tootsie rolls (cherry, lime, lemon, orange)
6 cherry dilly bars from dairy queen
half of a pepperoni digiorno pizza
3/4 of a gallon of skim milk
1 can of tuna
2 nectarines
1 cup oatmeal
I still lose about 2 pounds a week and am very happy with my progress
