hahaha, i'll start, "i bench 500", "i press 405 behind the neck", "i make 6 figures per year", "i have a PhD", "i squatted 505 after 5 months of training", "i'm 225 pounds at 8 percent bodyfat at 5'8" drug free" and on and on. ;D

hahahaha, that's one of my favorites, also "i'm just getting back into it and i was 295 at 3 percent bf benching 600 for 8 but i'm trying to focus on my family now so i came down to 172 at 18 percent bf benching 195 for 2".

one true thing i saw with my own eyes was believe it or not a 75yr old man doing gm back arched, legs straight right right all teh way down looked like it was gonna snap with 160kgx3 so 352lbsx3 at 75yrs of age.
looked so dangerous though he said he always done it this way.

I however, have never lied about my lifts. I posted a while back that my best ever lifts were a 520lb squat for 8 reps (to parallel) and a 300lb press behind neck (on a smith machine).
Squadfather almost ejaculated with excitement when he read this and proceeded to try and "own" me along with all his other little cronies and hangers-on. Didn't work though - there's not a lot of influence a guy with 12,000 plus posts can have on the internet (or anywhere else for that matter).
