I love DWolf but I think that he needs another year or so to catch up to the top 3 guys. Vic looks a lot better in his Shoulder training vid that you also posted imo :-\.

his english is not that good really.
out of the europeans that dont have english as main language nordic people (sweden/norway/denmark) can speak english the best.
German and french people usually suck at english.

I think at least at there level.it is virtually impossible to extend fully at all due to the thickness and swell of their muscle,and with amount of drugs one might be on a muscle pump can be achieved by opening a ketchup bottle.

its abuse of igf and insulin,,growth at 15units a day will not do you what 100-200mcg a day of igf will,,200mcg of igf a day = 30 units growth a day taken as straight igf! that grows everything and that creates kamalis and branches to a lesser degree since branch has better genetic response to begin with
but you get the idea behind it all,,slin and igf = big guts,,all the rest = smaller guts or no guts
branch of 2000 was still on everything in the aas department fully loaded,, but the use of slin gh and igf and diff oils was at alower level.. it has nothing to do with training or food by the way

Huh, what video are you looking at? That waist is about 30" on a 6'1 270 lb guy. Plus it looks that small after he probably ate a nice size meal preworkout. I think when he reaches his maximum weight it will be barely 33" which is still very small.

The lower portion of the rep puts the most stress on the muscle resulting in more growth while protecting the joints

I wouldnt say "useless", but I definetly feel the tension being relieved from the intended muscle. I'm certainly no guru, but it makes more sense and I have experienced better results with this method.
To be honest, when I watched his dvd I too was surprised by how short his reps were, especially for close-grip barbell bench press. Consider tho that the reps he does accounts for the most difficult portion of the full range of motion.

yeah if it works...
but by not going thru the reps fully he is not working the entire muscle, just a part of it. By doing so i guess he will have a hard time extending his arms fully at the top, if he ever tried. because of how the muscle is developed, Must be very stiff.

Why the pros keep enterring IFBB shows is a mystery to me. I mean, don't then know what the judges will do by now?
Dennis sounds just like Arnold did when he came to California in October 1968. I was there and remember his accent. Even 7 years later Arnold was still using words like 'advices'. Heck, for those guys to come to a foreign country and do as well as they have is a credit to them.

Dude he is 10 days out, prob on low carbs and doing regular cardio. Trust me he is just looking flat thats all. Come carb up time and there will be a huge difference.
