hahahaha this will be an awesome show.

The most exciting bodybuilder of the year, and the most notorious judge in the sport.

Ask Phil Heath to predict the top 5 at the Arnold.  Ask him how he progressed so much in 6 months.  Ask him what shows he's doing after the ASC.

Will PBW be asking Lee Thompson about how many figure/fitness notches he has on his bed-post?

Heath was good.  But I still give Wolf the upper hand at the O.  He's probably 5th or 6th at Olympia. Is Wolf older or younger than heath?

Ask Heath if he's interested in keeping the streak going by competing in the Aus GP (March 8th)?

Back from a weekend at the Los Angeles Convention center where we got lots of good stories, pictures and video.

This will be a good show. Phil Heath won this show and is now gearing to possibly win at the Arnold Classic, although Melvin Anthony, Dexter Jackson and others might have something to say about that.

Today, Phil Heath had a seminar at the expo, and it was quite interesting. Also, it was nice to see Phil's parent's, Phil's wife, and lots of friend come out from Denver to support him!

Phil looked incredible on stage.

Talking about the Ironman results so far.
Freeman was a big letdown.

Phil Heath should be good.
Ask him about Dexter and Dennis Wolf.

10th was the biggest gift of the show.

Will Harris, David Henry and Ray Arde were better than King.

No...I'm a close friend of King's, which has nothing to do with calling it as I see it. I believe KIng wold be the first to admit he wasn't at his best.

I think your assessment of King was right on the money. He was off with a couple weaek pts, but hardly hopeless and still could have a few good shows left in him. But as you said on the show, 2001 is 7 years ago, yikes.
I am gettin' to be an old fart, now at 49, but when I listen to the PB weekly radio show, sounds lame :P, but, I feel like a kid, discovering bodybuilding years ago. Keep up the good work Bob, Howard

do you really thinks it as simple as finding a formula?  It looks more like his body just aint the same anymore.  Did Lee Thomppson the judge say anything about king? Missed that part.

King's gut keeps expanding, and his limbs keep shrinking...  it's not a matter of "dialing it in", it's hopeless at this point.  You can't fight nature.

So Lee Thompson, let me understand things correctly.

Your "PERSONAL" relationship with Valerie should not have any impact on either of you as a judge or her as a competitor?  Your "Personal" life is private and should be respected and kept that way? What you do in your "Personal" life should not reflect on your position in the industry? Hmmm - I think we have heard this before havent we?

So what is your official position then.  Everyone will be treated fairly and only be judged upon what they bring to the stage, or are you going to continue to say one thing and do another?

Here is a news flash for you...gear has ZERO to do with anything remotely to do with "dialing it in"...if anything, it's counter productive to drying out.

Tamali's problem isn't dialing it in, his enormous gut and subpar badyparts are the problem.
Not to mention his 15mins of fame came to an end in 2001.

Being his only friend in the pros, it is an understandable but lame deflection.
