I recently rejoined my gym after gained a mass amount of weight over the last 2 years.
After hitting the local shop for some new protein, i was recommended taking these. So.. i bought them and have been on them for about 5 days now. I was just wondering if these pills are a waste of money or if anyone out there actually uses them and noticed a diffrence.
Anyone have any info?

CLA has a lot of research supporting it. And my father-in-law swears by it. However, it's something that you're not going to really feel or notice too much. It's a supplement that basically needs to become part of your lifestyle long-term for it to actually be of any benefit. And even then, the results aren't going to be extraordinary. If it saves you 3-5 pounds of fat, after taking it for a year, is it really worth it? That's your call.

I've personally never read anything negative on the stuff. However, I still think it's a waste of money.
