Man although I'm an advocate of protein shakes and MRP but I do know that the more whole food consumption the better protein unless it is post w/o. I know I get about half of my daily protein from shakes and half from food. I'd say at least try to get half and half if you can. I would guess that over time your diet might end up lacking somethings you get from eating red meat, chicken, and fish but I don't know if it would change the quality of the muscle grew

No, if its a quality product its quality protein. alot of guys get their protein from good powders or liquid aminos only.

Sounds good. so you don't think it's any differend by protin cabs and fat. expert you need more drinkleble shit even if you drink one of those supergainer 9000 with 80g.carbs.30g protein and 10$fat per serving. But du you think some1 could liv only ón supplement. Why is solid food so much better please

You sound like a lazy fucker. Noting wrong with a shake, but your body won't grow without solid protein rich foods like eggs, fish, meat, chicken, etc. Just cook your meals for 2-4 days. I cook my rice, chicken & veggies in a large pan and put it in Tupperware boxes. With a little routine you can complete this task in 15 minutes.

I think its perfectly fine to get all of your protien from supplements only. You can drink some carbs to, but make sure to get some fruits, vegetables, essential fats, whole grains from food.

Experience has taught me that supplements are just that – a “supplement” to your diet.
Years ago I tried getting away 1 or 2 meals along with several shakes & bars throughout the day.
I made much better progress once I added whole eggs, milk, beef, and chicken to my regular diet.
Shakes are good to use on top of that, and they certainly have their place.
But I believe more & more that whole foods provide the necessary foundation from which to build.

Shakes are good first thing in the morning and also post workout - try relying on proper food the rest of the time.

It's not a matter of 'better'/'worser'. You body would respond better on several sources of protein. Whey (learn to spell dude) is a very fast absorbing protein which is usefull before/during/after training. Beef protein absorbs moderate + it contains iron and a little creatin. To make a long story short: every protein source has specific qualities.

you can build fine on protein shakes, just make sure they are blended with both fast and slow, or just slow, and that they also contain enough nutrients to support your goals ( carbs, fats, vitamins, ect)
however as a bodybuilder if you dont have an appetite your doign something wrong.

When I read his posts all I conclude he's a lazy fucker; to lazy too cook, eat, educate himself and probably lazy as fuck in the gym as well.
