What are you talking about bro?  :D Being "dryer" is not something a natural athlete has to be concerned about, especially this far out. Why would you be holding water?  :D

Same thing with being "flat". What does it matter this far out? If you are holding strength, holding muscle and losing fat what's the problem? Plus you'll have to be real flat for a long time if you want to get real ripped as a natural.

If I use gear, i wouldnt worry about it.
But, you must remeber that natural bber(especialy poor genetic like me) has tendency of falling into catabolic state very easily and ending up with losing tons of muscle and get even more soft. So, Always we must watch out the state to prevent the catabolism as possible.

i dont think your genetics are poor shape wise.. your shape is ok.. may be you mean your muscles dont respond easily to training but this is much better than having a naturally bad shape!!..

Ah! Simply i am not thick. ;D
But when i fill up with carb and recuperate, i would improve that roundness more.
Today i look better than this because of loading up.

your chest shape genetic is a bit flat but in top shape will be ok,i suggest even tho your on paco's watch,is too occassionally throw in some low rep sets 6/8 on a final chest movement or 2 to keep muscle full due to all the high rep sets u do ,dips are great for chest delt tie in overall ,,keep it up ur going good.

good luck kyomu.

your dedication to the diet and training is admirable.  12 weeks is a long time, so I think by then you will be more than ready.

Whats your diet look like at the moment?  How many carbs, proteins, fats, calories?
Thank you for your spiritual power.
I am just a freak like you. Ok, better say a adict. ;D
Since I am not geneticaly good, i must start my diet very early. And this time, i want to present my physique enough hard in front of the judges.

2kg tuna. 400g pineapple can. 100g spagetti

About my chest, when i am flat, it become flat significantly. But, once i load, it become really full significantly too. So, i am not worry about my chest that much now.
But,again,Thank you for your advice. ;)

Kyomu, what's your current rate of weight loss and where do you think you'll end up with judging from your current condition?
Title: Re: Me 12weeksout. 82kg
Post by: Sherief Shalaby on January 07, 2010, 10:18:53 AM
kyomu, i believe it's not good to take your weekly videos after your workout, it's better to take them before, just after worming up and doing some stretches.. but when you take them after your trained muscles (which are not the same muscles before each video) will look full and other muscles may look somehow flat so like this you cant compare your shape with the previous video accurately.. but if you do the exact same thing before each video you will be able to compare better and know which parts have improved and which parts haven't!!..

Since always taken after the pec workout, i should have done the same(This time after arms). If it takes under the same condition, there is no problem i think.

looking tighter, maybe a tad behind, but 12weeks is a long time.

just a tip, since your waist isnt the tiniest, dont crunch your abs down on your front double bicep, pull your midsection up, it'll make your waist look smaller and make your shoulder to waist ratio seem more dramatic.

keep up the good work bro!

also, why you eating like a loon if ur a natural ? you wont be synthesizing all that chit if you don\'t have the help of AAS.

something is not adding up but you don\'t look terrible or anything. big legz

yes,, he plays with too many afactors that dont matter! the training is wierd* and should be mostly straight set with 6-8 reps for upper body and 6-12 for lower, . dont juggle too many factors! no 1 focus losing fat via underfeeding and keep max muscle,.,always focus on this during dieting fase

*too much preexhaustion, too much superset. he is not hormonized like big francisco is,, he must do basic stuff as clean bodybuilder not the things a hormonized pro who already did his heavy lifting many years and can play with vodoolization of training because he got bored and lazy with regular heavy lifting´.

You have just seen one video and you decide it hah?
Paco still train with straight set many times. Look like Paco order always, but wrong. Paco often tell me "Ok, today you decide what we do.". Coincidentaly we are exhausted several times and  we just do regular set and we dont hit till the failure. We do various things instinctively.
