i could easily do more than 10 reps if i was below 80 kg (my normal) but 7 was ok for my current weight (83 kg)!!..

they dont count if you use a strap big man, just ask any lesbian , nothings greater the the real thing
i always hated straps and was saying to myself what you are saying now.. but only last year i have started to use them and they are really great for many exercises!!.. they help you to do 1-2 more reps which means without them you were not going to reach the point of failure..
by the way i dont do any one side exercise except this one and i do it every 2 weeks or so for only one set.. i prefer to work both sides together at the exact same time to be as symmetrical as possible!!..

Personally I know 2 guys who can do proper OAC with full ROM. One is 155lbs other is 165lbs.
Yuri Vlasov was 260+lbs and could do them

Thanks Sherief.......it's "healed" now but I'm still leery of going real heavy, but the volume training is a good change of pace. The only thing is I feel like I'm "warming up" my whole training session
if i remember correct before mr. olympia 95 dorian didnt do any shoulder press exercise because he was suffering from an injury and just did all the raises exercises and he presented his best shape ever!!..
and it happened with me too and for months my shoulder workout didnt include any presses.. be patient big man!!..
