Ciao bello! Come stai ;) Ive got a question that I think u could assist me with. Im finally starting to get back into decent condition, so I been thinking about getting my torso waxed, or maybe by laser instead. So, Id like to know what u advise. P.S. Im too fucking lazy to just shave it on a regular basis

Believe it or not I shave

it's really not that hard if you take a daily shower.  Just take a razor and do a "touch up" shave while you take your daily shower

However, given the options you brought up, i would go with waxing because laser takes like several treatments before it takes

Ok, thanks man! And regarding this conditioning thing, what would u say is a better method to reach sub-7? Interval training with a 2-min on/2-min off protocol for around 10 intervals, or AT anaerobic threshold training for 15-20 min a pop? The Tabata protocol is pure insanity to me, and I think that its more useful for obtaining a God-like level of fitness than it is for getting super shredded.
