The answer will be different for everyone but lies somewhere in between the two. People definitely shouldn't be adamant about eating 6-8 meals and all that BS though. That's too ridiculous.
I'd say a few meals is usually best for most people. I fast most of the morning and then eat in the evening after training. But I'm not afraid to break my own rules if I feel too hungry during my fast. Nothing is absolute. Learn your body and do what works best.

i believe him, i honestly believe that he ate 2 MASSIVE meals a day, did you listen to his explanantion? he said eating small meals is like walking on a treadmill all day, all he would do is burn energy and lose weight, hes a powerlifter and needs every last ounce of bodyweight for the bench press.

Yes, my friend.
United Russia (Putin's party) is loosing it's majority in parliament and Communists among other hillybillys are gaining places.
This can in worst case mean the modernization is cancelled, funding for military suspended etc.
This all opens Russia for foreign aggression, maybe even for full scale invasion!
That's it. Mr. Putin at least tried. I don't see a point supporting Russian Federation anymore if they let it all fall down again.

if you don't eat for long durations your body will start to produce growth hormone to help deal with the lack of food but at the same time it will also produce cortisol so it's not like you are getting ahead by fasting. the benefit to fasting is just the increase in insulin sensitivity which will help shuttle nutrients better into your muscles, like amino acids and carbs. also you feel better. i prefer intermittent fasting to eating every few hours

Actually, Creatine is a bad analogy. Some new studies just came out that show some very outstanding properties of boatloading the shit. Gh and T increases of up to 50% or more... so let's change the analogy to liver tabs, boron, Tiribulus, or ZMA (none of which work worth a shit)
