You need more water, low carbs take water out. So dehydration occurs alot like competing you know how that feels kyomu you have no energy the day before dropping water.

I know all story behind this. He underestimated his prep and started very late. He held fat in the day of AC. So he used diuretic(Normaly he dont use it). That made this fvcked face. I still make fun of him showing this pic.

Hahahah  ;D.  We used to have a leg workout that was almost guaranteed to give you the flu within 6-8 hours of doing it.  Horrifying workout.  Really simple, here it is:

Squats. No sitting between sets. Belt or no belt your choice.

135 x 10
135 x 20
135 x 30
135 x 40
135 x 50
135 x 60
135 x 70
135 x 80
135 x 90
135 x 100

Nightmare. Absolutely no sitting down between sets. One training partner is perfect. Two will work as well. You WILL get sick- not nausea sick flu type sick.

No, I have never completed all 550 reps. Never. I have tried very hard- lighter bodyweight 210-ish, nice cycle of gear, snug but not too tight power belt, but I have never made it past the set of 80 reps. Completed 80 and could not start the set of 90.  Ferocious lower quad pump and spinal erectors on fire and horribly pumped too.

30 years of working out and that is one squat workout I never tried... I think I'll try it tomorrow.

Right on.  Just shoot for 40 or 50 reps the first time.  The high numbers will get there very fast.  Train with someone else who will go for it.

Rhabdomyolisis can give you fever. Not nice, no good for your health, and no muscle building for sure. Risky business.

man i had the same problem every time i tried to get that little bit leaner.

the best way to overcome it for me was to train lighter, more days off, and add a little bit of fat and suagr to diet, i mean maybe 200 calories.

the central nervous system and immune system seem to be very weak at this level.

ok, a huuge huge binge meal would make me feel good the next day again, but itll ruin the conditioning.

and do not try flu meds,or cold meds, they will weaken you further, they did to me.

very good thread, here we see who trains something worth a damn.
I also use simple sugar like honey  and fruit juice. Yesterday i took  them and my fever got  normal and even my condition was improved. But very very tired and i took another day off. Take some fat is also good idea

I've woke up chilled and soaked in sweat two nights in a row...

I just started working each body part twice weekly like Lame Norton.
