. We used to have a leg workout that was almost guaranteed to give you the flu within 6-8 hours of doing it. Horrifying workout. Really simple, here it is:
Squats. No sitting between sets. Belt or no belt your choice.

135 x 20
135 x 30
135 x 40
135 x 50
135 x 60
135 x 70
135 x 80
135 x 90
135 x 100
Nightmare. Absolutely no sitting down between sets. One training partner is perfect. Two will work as well. You WILL get sick- not nausea sick flu type sick.
No, I have never completed all 550 reps. Never. I have tried very hard- lighter bodyweight 210-ish, nice cycle of gear, snug but not too tight power belt, but I have never made it past the set of 80 reps. Completed 80 and could not start the set of 90. Ferocious lower quad pump and spinal erectors on fire and horribly pumped too.
