lol who actually uses a 'routine'?

i cant remember the last time i knew 2 days in advance what i was going to train. i dont know until the night before and i dont know the exercises until i start.

routines are for pencils.

Exactly 5 times better than you,

And what difference does doing a set routine make apart from ensuring you dont get lagging bodyparts?

5 times better than me lol

sure thing man

a set routine let's one know and learn the value of progression

p.s. bigger does not equal better, there are other such things like shape, detail, separation, proportion, density/hardness

once i get up to 175 @ sub-5 i'll mop the fucking floor with ya "big" guy :-*

I have been at this game for 26 years, I know what I have to do to maintain or improve a bodypart, i dont need a routine to tell me that.
I know instinctively what exercises work for my and exactly how hard to push it and how much weight to use

Lol at people writing fucking journals 3x this and 4x that, what a waste of time.
Concentrate on what you are doing in the gym and feel the muscles working and you dont need to do much to stimulate growth.
I see young guys doing 6 sets of bench, 6 sets of dumbbell press and 6 sets of flys and they dont even look like they have lifted a weight when they have finished, no sweat no pump , fuck all.

I am not big by any means, I have an athletic balance physique which you sir will NEVER emulate.

I know the body part to train for the day.......but how I train it I change up. Only some are constant....bench, preacher curls with barbells, leg extensions etc.

It changes but usually

Mon-chest-bi's
Tue-back-tri's
Wed-legs
Thur-shoulders-traps
Fri-arms

plus throw in abs anywhere from 3-5 xs a week

...I never know what exercises I'm going to do until I start.

you are a fucking idiot if you think an exercise 'routine' will bring out ANY of these things, over and above any other routine. are you daft, like really? whats wrong with you? why do you talk such nonsense all the time?

how can you even debate someone with such stupidity?

i try to feel bad for you but every time you post all you do is make yourself look like a compete idiot, and thats apart from your constant need to be 'better' than everyone. give it up dude.

you took what i said out of context tough guy

effective training gives effective results

those things of shape, detail, seperation, and hardness are the result of SUPERIOR GENETICS which i indeed have ;)

also i'd like to thank you for helping me to see the light, as your tough guy routine on me kinda helped me to "see the light" so to speak and i've chucked my home training and have joined a proper gym and i'm now focusing on the very hard and very effective moves of BARBELL BENCH PRESS and BARBELL CURLS and my arms and pecs have taken on a whole new look as i've gained 7 quality pounds of muscle over the past 10 days and my ab skinfold has remained unchanged @ 4 mm 8)

but wait a minute, training doesn't matter right LOL!!!!!

btw gearbox, body weight isn't an illusion in real life. in real life you'll look no bigger than most girls. and your ugly. and you have SHIT structure. you are blocky and square. not one bit of roundness or fullness anywhere on you. so stop with your structure bullshit. your scraping the bottom of the barrel genetically when it comes to structure, muscularity or even facial attraction to females.

hahaha 48" chest- ya ok there birdlegs, keep the dream alive. ::)

anyway, look at your overall shape dipshit.

see I know a secret. and I'm going to tell you about it. it's what's inside your little pea head. that last set of pics you posted for your regularly scheduled need for attention- the ones where you emaciated yourself severely?

I know why you did that. because you want to look like those physique guys you masturbate furiously to. thought you could 'create' shape- the roundness and fullness you do not have-  if you just got lean enough. but it didnt work, did it? all you did was emaciate yourself further. you will NEVER look like those guys dj. in a million years no matter what you do. you know why? because you have SHIT STRUCTURE. you are angular blocky and square and don't have an ounce of shape on that stick figure you call a body.

lol

the best hope you have since this utter failure is to return to that square blocky angular look you had when you had the goatee. it hurts doesn't it- knowing your best will never even be considered good. lol

you are a retarded simp sir. and that's being generous.

Insulin + GH.

ok mr broscience. really.

i know lots of guys using insulin and gh who dont have shoulders like that. not even close actually. and i know guys who dont use insulin and gh that do.

why is that?

maybe because it isnt insulin and gh but something called genetics?

no need to thank me.

Fuck man, i know.

But Gh + insluin gives you a different look than AAS alone. If you have good shoulders, they'll only get bigger and fuller.

You said 7

yea i did

i added 7 pounds just recently, going for a ripped and dry sub-5 @ 153 to a ripped and dry sub-5 @ 160 which is indeed 7 pounds

in that pec dominant pic i weighed 154 so going for 154 to 160 is a 6 pound increase, right?

basically i lost torso size but gained arm size, so now i'm gonna get that torso size back with the beloved BENCH PRESS ;)

Will you shut the fuck up already with how great you think you are. We ALL saw your pics, you look lean, but quite thin. And your shape and proportions are nothing to write home about,  plain truth being spoken. Your hips and shoulders are basically the same width, and you have a hunchback. Also for as lean as you are, abs aren't that good. Let's not even get into those toothpicks you call "legs"

I haven't been riding you and credit where it's due, you do look good...but you really need to come back down to earth.

listening to body is more important than following any routine.

also some days cant train heavy, some can.

When I can't train heavy I do more cardio....fast walk 4 miles on incline, but still lift FIRST. Have a lot of rehab still left....plus look like shit right now, not to my standards.

But in 6-8 months I'll fix that!

clean 3 sets (warmup)
squat 1-4 warmup sets 6-10 working sets
bench same as above
close grip bp/millitary press/whatever other press or no press depending on how I feel on particular day
rows/pullups 5 sets

4 days a week same shit, just different rep ranges and %max.

legs

Very good legs! Would you recommend something similar for a bodybuilder too?

i mean, you should know this, how much gains over the years have you had yourself?

honestly not too much, but now that i've finally joined a proper gym and can train with barbells i'll hit 170 @ sub-5 within 2 months time i predict (and this will happen without really training legs too much)

yeah i know that 170 ain't much, but it ain't too bad considering i started at 153

you dudes really underplay the role of effective training

here's what will happen, at least what i predict

my triple pause bench is a PATHETIC 85 kg lol

but, i'll hit 105 kg within 1 months time, and when i do we can be quite sure that my pecs, delts and tris will be thicker

and my arms and pecs have taken on a whole new look as i've gained 7 quality pounds of muscle over the past 10 days and my ab skinfold has remained unchanged @ 4 mm 8)

LOL

lol

if i say that i made progress you dipshits will just say that i'm delusional or other such nonsense, but if an outside and objective individual states that it is so, then it's much more likey to be accepted right?

DUDE. YOU ARE A FUCKING 160 POUNDS AND HAVE 15.75" ARMS. NOTHING YOU DO IS PROGRESS. NOTHING.

lol

If you're not on gear then you're severely over training.

??? Please explain...although it takes a good five days for my legs to be ready to train....I think 3 days of recovery for chest arms back shoulders is enough...

I'm not baiting, genuinely interested to read your follow up on the comment above.

btw gearbox, body weight isn't an illusion in real life. in real life you'll look no bigger than most girls. and your ugly. and you have SHIT structure. you are blocky and square. not one bit of roundness or fullness anywhere on you. so stop with your structure bullshit. your scraping the bottom of the barrel genetically when it comes to structure, muscularity or even facial attraction to females.

lol

fucking retard.

BRUTAL ;D

itcould be too much from how it sounds.

but we dont know how many sets and your intensity, its all relative.

Granted I'm not "pushing it" when it comes to upper body....still not there for a couple of months. But I avg 7 sets ladder up concentation on form and wight to max then ladder down concentation on reps...intensity above avg...sometimes total and complete muscle failure

How can you tell if you're overtraining?

a natural is always overtraining, for theres basiclay no point ;D

nah, clear loss ofstrenghtcan be indicator, permanent fatigue, always tired, sleeplessness, one can clearly tell if its too much.

when one is overtrained, and takes a while off, like 2 days, he will notice how bad it actually was.

i couldnt do such a programm with any worthwile intensity natural.

I'm natural not by choice but lack of knowledge and fear  :D

I have some symptoms but have always trained like this so no issue for me....

You are over-training if you feel like shit hope this helps.

You can resolve this by eating more usually but you will get fat.

Such is life for the natural physique-athlete.

fear?

test is natural ;D

do you fear the test in your body?not really :D

nah, the decision on this everyone should think for themselves.

if one wants to do 1 cycle and overthinks it too much, just forget about it and stay natural forever.a 1 cycle will do fuck all but put on some bloat on the majority of newcomers.

if they dont know precisely what theyre doing, they gonna look worse.

and wors and then reach cswol level.

I don't fear the product....but the quality of the product being sold here in the states....

If a Doc gave me a script I would cycle no questions asked....but not knowing the product I'm not injecting shit
