Title: 70 lbs in almost 4 months
Post by: Cleanest Natural on June 23, 2013, 05:50:09 AM: My best friend was a fat dude with a big belly 4 months ago (almost). I helped him diet down naturally then once the fat was almost entirely off, he hopped on a cycle (his second ever). This is from this weekend, a month into his cycle. The before picture is after he lost 20 something lbs already.

This guy is 6'1". He started at 240 lbs.

The before pic is him at 207 lbs.

I managed to lose the front and side view at 240...he looked ugly.

Why would I strech anything? The truth is spectacular so no need for stretching my friend. Maybe his transformation or mine will motivate people to stop being lazy (cough cough)

PS: arce..he was a top K1 fighter

I visited a fancy new gym the other day. The girl who gave me the tour asked me if I have been to a gym before .... ouch haha

yes .. 207 from 240 .. he still has some fat .. I need to tinker with his diet some more

I am trying to find one .. he does not have facebook. Just our personal pics .. but in clotches it does not look 240.
