My best friend was a fat dude with a big belly 4 months ago (almost). I helped him diet down naturally then once the fat was almost entirely off, he hopped on a cycle (his second ever). This is from this weekend, a month into his cycle. The before picture is after he lost 20 something lbs already.

Has he had gyno operation in the past?

What does his chest look like now with all the lost weight?

if he lost 70lbs from that pic he would weigh about 50 lbs now

he is only about 30 lbs away from the condition in the second pic
