Now you said Ramy was full of oil in his shoulder now you see how easily someone can mistaken and accuse of oil cause to be honest the first thing I noticed is a slight unnatural look to your delts, but from experience I know pinning the shoulder over time with regular AAS will have the same effect as oil.
So just think Ramy easily pins 10-15 times more then you so you do the math.

Gotta say, at our age, with low dose, therapeutic amounts, I see no reason to stop unless you have some underlying medical problem. I'm good with a 1/2 cc of test per week and 2-3iu of GH and sometimes no GH. I see no reason for tren or any other harsh compound, at this age if you're using that kind of shit and not competing, you're either narcissistic beyond belief or your having a major mid-life crisis.

A sensible dose of test will do way more good than harm. Doctors giving it out like candy these days. As far as running small doses of dry compounds like Winny or Tren. Yes, absolutely something that isn't to be taken lightly.
That being said...I'll be at a barbecue this weekend, surrounded by guys my age drinking 27 beers, eating giant plates full of fatty red meat , fried foods, refined sugars and carbs...then they'll sit around and not move a muscle and become even fatter, moe dusgusting blobs of shit with corn syrup in their arteries.
But I'm on death's door because i ran a little tren, and had zero complications.

A sensible dose of test will do way more good than harm. Doctors giving it out like candy these days. As far as running small doses of dry compounds like Winny or Tren. Yes, absolutely something that isn't to be taken lightly.

you use dumbells at all for chest? i recently started playing with them and instead of following the 'specific proper' range of motion ::) ive been playing with angles and degrees on the flat bench during the positive and negative portion of the rep and found that i can really hit it thoroughly just by getting away from the 'way your supposed to' do the press. ive really brought out a lot of roundess and fullness in the last couple months this way. also exhausting my upper chest on the flat w light barbell press to the neck (135) focusing on the upper portion of my chest to move the weight. try it. cheers man. fucking awesome work bro.

Gotta say, at our age, with low dose, therapeutic amounts, I see no reason to stop unless you have some underlying medical problem. I'm good with a 1/2 cc of test per week and 2-3iu of GH and sometimes no GH. I see no reason for tren or any other harsh compound, at this age if you're using that kind of shit and not competing, you're either narcissistic beyond belief or your having a major mid-life crisis.

I suppose I just didn't want to be dependent on a drug the rest of my life but rather rely on smart rest, nutrition & exercise.
I know a guy who doesn't even compete (he actually did a couple local shows) but he stayed on test year round to copy his pro bber buddy. When he finally got off he simply could not get his bf% to drop. Come to find out he had the test levels off a per-pubscant teen.
At age 34 ( he's 38 now) He'll be on HRT dosages the rest of his life just so he can function normally.

you don't need a lot of gh. 3iu a day. or anabolics. it doesn't have to be costly and expensive to look great and feel healthy.
let me put it to you like this. you say 'which one' well if you can afford gh you can afford a bottle of test to go with it.
I wouldn't use gh by itself. just my opinion but there's a synergy between anabolics and gh that almost necessitates the two being taken in unison.
