Well, I really don't think, in fact I know you don't use oil but your delts are squaring off a bit due to probably pinning in the side delts where everyone pins.

Now you said Ramy was full of oil in his shoulder now you see how easily someone can mistaken and accuse of oil cause to be honest the first thing I noticed is a slight unnatural look to your delts, but from experience I know pinning the shoulder over time with regular AAS will have the same effect as oil.

So just think Ramy easily pins 10-15 times more then you so you do the math.
