no but i'm at the point where i can nearly not resist to do so anymore
wanted to double it yesterday
but it seemed to have just kicked in
i reckon i am back "on" for like 8 weeks or so? something like that after stopping to juice and to train for 6 week (after initial 12 week cycle)
i think this low dose matter takes really long to "kick in"
so i think for the moment i dont up the dose yet
but it is an inevidability soon in less than a year

Must have modified your wrist pronation angle on triceps pressdowns to achieve this extra mass then?

i trained my thighs right now
i'm working on them after neglecting them severely for a year
a getbigger told me they are like sticks so i got slapped with reality and started hitting them hard again
i did today
3x10 reps 100kg full depth front squat no locking out at top pumping up and down
1x15 reps 220kg diagonal upward plate loaded leg press, 1x12 reps, 3x10 reps
5 sets of seated leg curl about 10-12 reps with "70kg" on the plates at the cables
