I had lately in the past few months a few instances when a couple of women would fluctuate in weight but against common sense. For instance I have this girl who gains 200g in a day then goes minus 1kg then again 200g extra then AGAIN -1kg... calories stay the same. Have you ever encounter this? I just want to understand why..

Probably water or glycogen. Since I believe you use very low carb with your clients just one or two cheat meals of carbs will produce some glycogen stores.

This was my theory too. But get this.. she does not cheat! So, what gives? What can cause such water retention on a few grams of carbs (keto diet)?

Could be related to the menstrual cycle. The extra weight should come off a couple of days after the period has ended.

Women are different. Maybe has something to do with menstrual cycle or something. Maybe some getbig women can chime in. Also women lie and are kinda stupid so they will eat things that are high in carbs and think its low in carbs. Need 100% monitoring 24/7.
Actually after reading your post again you said day. Don't have them weigh daily. Everyone has these fluctuations. Once a week provides a more accurate picture.

uh you can't monitor weight day by day like that....
weight can fluctuate kilos by just how much is sitting in the intestinal track and how much water is retained in the body....
measure weight every other week. morning weight, empty bladder.

a week and some ago took a "day after" pill that caused a little bleeding and the obvious unpleasant states associated with it. I thought that hormonal fluctuations can cause water retention as the body is trying to regulate itself.

I did monitoring once a week. But I started doing it daily. I have learned a lot from it so I don't think it's a bad idea at all.

Are you taking in account how much her soul and brain waves weigh? On some days she might be smarter than others so the weight will vary. Also, you will have to get some magnetic crystals in order to account for the negative energy fluctuations.

You should have saved all the blood and whatever came out and then just weighed that and then subtracted it from her "normal" weight. Problem solved.

PMS women can fluctuate alot in a weeks time. So hence 3 weeks a month instead of 4. Keep them away from sodium on that week.

She took a morning after pill, (we had unprotected sex.)

track her soidum bro. she might be staying on her diet, but even diet coke and other zero calorie drink replacements have sodium in them which would cause this, esp since the fluctuation is very minimal.
i dont think its hormonal. hormonal wouldnt involve consistent daily fluctuations. sodium intake will.
get her drinking just water only for a week. zero condiments. you'll see it level out. then you can add them all back in cause you'll then know the cause, and how to control it.

then it will be water, glycogen.
even if she eats no carbs, when we sweat, when we breathe, we lose up to 2lbs water daily just from that.
and salt.will make for random ups and downs

It's perfectly normal. Nothing to worry about. As long as the weight is reaching a low point every week or other week thats all that matters. Day to day fluctuation is normal.

And with that amount of weight it could just be bowel movements at different times of the day. And chicks are notorious for only having 4or5 a week.

Dealt with this many times, it's hormonal. Overall their weight will weight will go down.

Overall she lost 6lbs the first week which is good to better than average. I blamed it on hormonal fluctuations initially but I wanted to make sure. So, thanx :)
