I had lately in the past few months a few instances when a couple of women would fluctuate in weight but against common sense. For instance I have this girl who gains 200g in a day then goes minus 1kg then again 200g extra then AGAIN -1kg... calories stay the same. Have you ever encounter this? I just want to understand why..
