Was leaving my apartment and saw a guy walking. I realized it was Hidetada Yamigishi. Talked to him for about 10 minutes. He leaves a few blocks from me. Nice guy. Was walking his pit bull (not approved by e-kul). I know feel part of the IFBB family.

I met markus ruhl once and the guy in line in front of me took a shitload of pics and then said very lispy "congratulations on being the biggest muscle man. you are the greatest mr Olympia" ruhl looked confused. he didn't mind me though cuz I just got an autograph and took a pic with him.

Yes, I told him he needs to focus more on the mind-muscle connection in order to maximize his gains. Then I showed him a picture of Vince Goodrum to prove my point. Needless to say, he walked away with solid training advice.

Depends on the apartment. He actually lives in a very nice apartment complex. I live about 3 blocks from beach in a gated community. Its a really nice area. I think the average household income is about $115,000 per household.

But now I have a serious problem. After rubbing elbows with an IFBB star, how do I integrate myself back into society? I mean, how do I walk among the "ordinary" people now? I can see this being a problem in the next few days. I am sort of worried it may turn into a long-term problems.
Any advice, DP, or anyone else?

In case you decide to go 'full hardcore' (=eat,sleep,train and inject), society will never accept you 100%, simply because you're too 'different'. Only you can answer the question if you care about this..
