Let`s hope he implements this sage advice during his off-season prep................we should see vast improvements if he does.

Depends on the apartment. He actually lives in a very nice apartment complex. I live about 3 blocks from beach in a gated community. Its a really nice area. I think the average household income is about $115,000 per household.

i train in a gym that has guys with 21" arms

no reason i cant get my 20's here

one of them went to Golds venice, came back and was disappointed as fuck

he said he crushed most ppl there

He is a damn liar!! Do not listen to him, Anabolichalo. I mean, not everyone is HUGE at Golds Venice. But you walk away feeling the old ghosts of past great bodybuilders. If you move here, you will feel inspired.
