Was leaving my apartment and saw a guy walking. I realized it was Hidetada Yamigishi. Talked to him for about 10 minutes. He leaves a few blocks from me. Nice guy. Was walking his pit bull (not approved by e-kul). I know feel part of the IFBB family.

He was very humble and quiet. Told him I saw him compete at the New York pro :-)

I met markus ruhl once and the guy in line in front of me took a shitload of pics and then said very lispy "congratulations on being the biggest muscle man. you are the greatest mr Olympia" ruhl looked confused. he didn't mind me though cuz I just got an autograph and took a pic with him.
