I highly recommend you read this entire post. The truth hurts but...At least you have the control to change your impulsive erratic behaviors, although it will take effort.
First of all: You have no business posting anything on this board because you have no business taking steroids. And here is why.
It's obvious who here has spent YEARS researching AAS, as well as the plethora of ancillary products that are inherently needed in conjunction with their use, often before even starting mild doses. Why? Because steroids can fuck you up very easily as can even the most basic AI's and the like. The side effects of the entire array are serious and the legality etc. makes the whole process a very serious endeavor you will likely be involved with for the rest of your natural life, whether you like it or not.
My story is a common one, and it should be, I spent 2 years endlessly reading SILENTLY on multiple boards before I even dreamed of taking anything, sheer curiosity. Then it was another year before I actually planned my initial run and plan it I did. Hell I had a box of 100 18g Luer Lock 3ml syringes, 200 23g tips, and 500 alchohol swabs in a drawer for a year because once they arrived in the mail I got cold feet and decided to do MORE research before taking the plunge. Then my first cycle was 250mg of test...I went from a 425lb raw deadlift to an easy 600lb beltless deadlift in 6 months on 250mg test...From 205 to 230 with little fat gain. And more importantly learned the entire process backwards and front.

You didn't have the first goddamn clue about anything, and it was painful to read your posts. For example you were asking people on the G&O how to even get syringes because your local fucking pharmacy didn't sell syringes and syringe accessories. You mean your local mom&pop pharmacy didn't have BULK syringes and tips of varying sizes and types on hand? You don't say ??? ??? ::)
Your whole "thing" screams of BiPolar Mania or OCD. An impulsive cluster fuck of bad decisions and/or lies to yourself and others.
You think you're funny, and are obnoxiously entitled, where you got your ego no one will ever know, because YLLS in every way...People paid attention to you because you were an obvious train wreck in the making...HTH.
You did no research whatsoever, you had and still have zero clue when it comes to diet, nutrition, exercise, basic goddamn common sense, none....And you jumped into a serious run with GROWTH HORMONE, 750mg test !?!?!, and a number of other things...I mean...It's just so much fail..And you are STILL NOTHING TO LOOK AT?!?! In one way or another you will pay dearly for your reckless abandon and stupidity of this much I'm sure.
So please before you even dream of posting again...READ SILENTLY there are countless very good forums out there 100% devoted to steroids..Lurk in the shadows where you belong. You don't need to ask questions because they have all been answered millions of times on the magical GOOGLE machine..You should look into it.

at least the dude is asking questions. so long as the guy isn't a liability (i.e. a drug addict or drunk or pedophile likely to get arrested and happen to be in possession of anabolics and bring heat to sources) I don't see what the problem is... plenty of us, if not most, would do our first cycle(s) differently. it's pretty rare that we have all the knowledge needed by the time we inject that first cc.
remember what it was like before the internet? all you had was word of mouth (and Zulak's articles in MMI.. and MM2k), maybe if you were lucky, one of your buddies had a copy of the underground steroid handbook from duchaine.
what I have issues with is people repeating shit they overheard or read with zero experience. guys with 1 cycle, or even 10 cycles of mimimum doses of just a few drugs, pretending to know how everybody is going to react and that THEIR way is the ONLY way.
you can read all the books and ask all the questions in forums, and you can 'teach' yourself to swim... in theory. but you really won't know how to swim until you jump in the water.
expanding on that analogy... if all you can do is tread water, you have no business teaching people how to breaststroke or backstroke.

See I know the traffic that goes through here and for every 1 person asking a question there are 100 that are reading. So for the sake of the people who come on here and gather info I will answer the same question 100 times throughout the month, even if the same guy is asking the same question.

At another forum you have to be validated to give advice, obviously gb isn't that but letting someone like him spout off just ruins any credibility of this sub section

This, the guy was talking about breaking vials and trying to pour the contents onto a syringe a few months ago now he thinks hes an expert on all things AS.
He shouldnt even be posting in this section.

Personal experience and first hand anecdotal evidence is great but that doesn't mean for one second that if someone doesn't use steroids that they don't know or understand the subject.
Most professors of steroidology have never taken steroids themselves it doesn't mean they don't know what they are talking about.
I don't claim to be an expert, without meaning to be disrespectful not one person on this board is.
They might be highly experienced users but unless you have a degree in endocrinology or are a doctor then you can't really call yourself an expert.
I have a professor of endocrinology monitor me for bloodworks and give me advice and have been researching steroids since I was 16 and got Dan Duchane's Underground Steroid handbook when I was 16 and if I offer input on here its based on my discussions with my doctor and I take the subject very seriously.
I have never ever trolled this section of the board or would ever dream of doing so.
This is an example of Simple Simon bringing his politics and agenda on G&O here in an attempt to discredit users on here like me and ES Fitness or people who he doesn't like and shouldn't be tolerated.
It's not like he doesn't have history is it.

it would indeed but not likely, since we bought a house we now fly the relatives over to California for the holidays - the weather is nicer here at xmas than it is in Toronto :)
I do miss all the gyms there , London has better gyms than most American cities I've lived in
