It's so excessive, I literally don't understand it. 20K calories? Is he really growing more than if he had 15K? I'm all for upping cals to grow, but he's creating so much inflammation with this diet I see it being a point where returns diminish from toxifying up you're system so badly.

Another bodybuilding idiot who is trying to be unique by doing something excessive.
Either way, he does not have the genetics to ever win the mr. olympia. most he will ever do in the sport is maybe qualify for the olympi and maybe place in the top 10. he will retire with a host of health problems, then when he dies, people will say he had a congenital heart defect and it had absolutely nothing to do at all with steroid abuse or eating a 20,000 calories on his cheat days.

I wasn't too impressed with the leg workout and didn't watch the cheat day video. But those kind of crazy cheat days are just retarded and not healthy. Even if you manage to diet down for a competition, your body will pay for it. And it's one of those things , specially if you do a high carb AND high fat cheat day that will contribute to growing a gut considering all the shit these guys are on (insulin being the main culprit).

As for the leg workout, if you are natural and a regular guy you are better off training legs 4-5 days per week. Maybe 2-3 sessions of high bar squats and then 1-2 session of some machine pumping. For hamstrings 2-3 session of leg curls 1-2 session of good mornings/straight leg deadlifts.

He does front squats bcz he want to work his quads more than ass, but he does the front squat in a way that make his ass lift 80% of the weight. This is fantastic! All bodybuilders do squats like shit, doesn't get it...bunch of amateurs all of them, procard or not...always look like shit when they train!

Front squats is not really a good exercise if you want to rep out. It's more suited for low rep work. Better to learn to high bar squat or do something else.
So, as been mentioned, not really a high quality leg workout.

Yeah, u r right! More than 3 reps in front squat and you get chooked haha! Cant breath with heavy weights on your chest/shoulders! A lot of energy to keep the back straight to! Actually, the more I think of it, its a pretty shitty excersise! Better to get some 1 inch plate under your heals and do quats with the bar high on your shoulders with straight back!

I agree front squats are a bad BB exercise though. I did them for a while when back squats were giving me terrible headaches.

1. Morel got talent to build ass and hamstring. His quats look like totally shit! He just show them in the viedo. Totaly shit for being on all those drugs!
2. The fakct is he is weak, his quads are weak. And his ego cant take it. So instead of workin his quats, he add weight to the bar and let his ass lowerback and hamstring do the job. Wide stance never ever build quads! Front leaned torso never ever build quads!
3. He need to stand close with his feet and stright the back the fuck up.
4. What the fuck is he doing in the leg press machine, To fucking wide, feet to high. Only thing he is doing is working his glute and ham and inner tigh! Its just obvious. Need to narrow the stance and lower the feet on the plate!
5. Legextension. He is just doing some pendelum move and never let the weight stop. He need to make the fucking weight STOP, and then begin the movement from the starting position. Otherwise he will miss 50% of the musclejob in the beginning of the movement!
I usually dont want to talk and try being mr Know it all, but this is some serious truth about weighttraining! If he cant figure it out by himself he will never ever climbing the letter in the pro circus! U cant achive greatness without a brain! This dude dosent got a brain!

not sure, the you should eat within 1,5 hour of exercise? yes there might be something to it, at least it's been studied unlike foot position in the leg press or leg extensions

Feet position in legextension is something else! Dosentmatter really much! Turning your feet outside or inside turn your knee. It should be stright when u work it! So not really much u can do in the legextension!

It's mostly useful for weightlifters and if you want to learn to squat more upright (both for powerlifting and bodybuilding). You can also use it as light easy exercise. It's not meant for doing many reps with heavy weights. That is just stupid bodybuilding nonsense.
