your problems are in bold
:D
what the fuck did you expect with test, deca, tren, drol, slin and probably a fuckton of carbs i assume?! :D
these are all notorious regarding water retention (yes, tren too for some)
-
stick to tren ace
drop the anadrol till you are lean (very lean)
lI wouldnt go above 800 a wk on the sust if your ballooning
seams to me like your drugs would counter act each other a bit
i would dump the deca to / if you got joint issues i would just run like 300 a wk otherwise drop it.
this is just my advice but im sure you would probably like your physique more. plus you will save yourself some coin or just use it towards more of the other compounds.
I tried the adex game myself when i was blasting 2 grams plus of test and a shit load of other shit/ honestly it only crashed my libido i didnt notice anything as far as less bloating. I still take adex but a low low dose of that strictly for safety
-
this would be my cycle if i did what u are running
sust 3 mls a wk so depending on your brand thats like 750-800mg
tren 700 mg a wk (acetate)
winny 60-100mg a day
var 50mg a day
superdrol 20mg a day
deca 300mg a wk.
adex 1mg 3 times a wk
I got no advice for the slinn because i never ran it
up the test once you drop some water and body fat if needed
-
carbs just around my workout, just like the great jizmo once preached to me, blessed be his name.
just 10 more days on the drol tho... what a shit drol i got... 250mg is insane for me and probably for most of you. Thinking off adding later clen and t3.. and start getting more lean for the summer here.. For the first time i feel like im big enough 8)
-
You're taking insuline but not hgh? Wtf man.
-
You're taking insuline but not hgh? Wtf man.
dont comment if you never ran it that way ;)
slin doesnt need GH to work
you just gotta know what youre doing to not get fat...

t3 is always good to keep bloat down too... 40-50mcg, more and i go flat personally...
nowadays i like carbs with every meal much better than just peri workout... but ofc the majority of them is pre/intra/post... pretty much unavoidable anyway with higher doses of slin

and slin is INCREDIBLY cost effective

Thanks for the advices, you've been helping me a lot just by reading your comments. What do u think off doing low carb days for two days then one day high carb and so on and on to bring down the BF ?

cutting is simple, just run a deficit. thats it.
my 2 cents on that...
no need for all that fancy shit, keto, cycling this and that and whatever... especially as an enhanced athlete
some days i eat 500g of carbs, some days 100g, some days i eat 4 meals, some days only 2, some days i do an hour of cardio, some days none at all, some days i end up at 2000 kcals, some days at 3500
in the end it doesnt fucking matter
just run some tren, t3 and a deficit for long enough and youll end up ripped
i know guys who meticulously carb cycle, weigh their shit to the gram, watch their salt and water intake and all that shit at 12% bodyfat
LOL
really?
its not gonna make the slightest bit of a difference unless youre already completely shredded to the bone.
in the past i was restricting myself all the time like the biggest retard with huge deficits, keto diets, fasting, eating patterns, refeeds, overcompensating with cardio and all that shit.
you know what?
if youre flat and hungry and wanna cheat then have your pizza and ice cream and dont feel bad about it... just dont COMPLETELY overdo it in frequency and quantity.
most people tend to cheat at night anyway... if you just stay active throughout the day, hold out on eating for some time in the morning, walk everywhere, do some cardio and only try to cheat at night (last meal of the day) you probably wont be able to hit maintenance calories for the day even if you cheat pretty hard...
and dont make yourself feel guilty.
imo dieting can be a complete breeze if you know what youre doing and dont start off completely overbulked, fat and unhappy with yourself

fack i love you...but, when u mean deficit, you are talking about getting less calories then i need ?
just have to stop being a lil bitch and start eating clean.. Sometimes i dont even know why i am asking, when i know the answer... example last night i ate a whole pizza before i went to sleep and night before i ate pizza again...

no no senjor... what does deficit means ::) ?
it means taking in less calories than you use
for example is you need 3000 cals to maintain your weight then if you eat 2500 calories you lose weight, very simple

no need to eat clean honestly, BUT it makes it much easier though.
eat shit that fills you up, doesnt matter if its clean.
pizza and ice cream are shit foods because you can eat 2000 kcals of pizza and still be hungry
whatever, but its pretty stupid to eat a whole pizza right before going to bed anyway, no matter what youre doing lol
if you burn 4000 kcals a day and only eat 3 meals then its pretty easy to fit a pizza in there and still get a daily deficit of 1000kcals or so though.
if you wanna eat more then burn more.
or tough it out and dont eat that shit.

If i would only eat 3 meals,,, how can i get 300grams of protein out of that ?
-
100gram per meal
-
Jesus, yeah eat shit, just be in a deficit and you'll get ripped....if you're willing to take 3-5 grams of gear per week. How about be friggin sensible.....Eat clean and have a cheat meal or 2 per week. If it were so easy as just being in a deficit and eating whatever you wanted, then everyone would be shredded. You're taking 250 mg of drol with deca and tren, and surprised you're bloated? If you can stand 5 drol per day on top of all that other shit, you've got some shit drol.

What works extremely well.for me when getting shredded.
Adjust ratios to meet 2200 cals a day. Works out to just over a gram and a half per pound body weight of protein for a 200 pound man. Adjust this need as I lose weight weekly. I always document everything I eat so I know 100% I didn't miss anything.
Ratio is usually 60% protein, 10% carbs, 30% fat of daily calories.
Absolutely no carbs except for green vegetables for 6 of the 7 days of the week. You will be ingesting some carbs through the protein choices you choose but it will be low. I have no problems doing this. Never lose significant strength and don't have cravings.
All my fats come from the protein I eat plus extra peanut butter , walnuts, avacado, olive oil etc... I add during the day.
One day a week I eat whatever I want. Usually end up farting my brains out that day cause of the carbs. Even though I can eat what I want I don't eat till I wannna puke, I keep it moderate.
Low impact Cardio every day 60-70% target heart rate, 20-40 minutes a day depending on if I have time or how I feel about it that day. Sometime I do cardio am and pm after training.
Weight train 5 days a week. During this diet I'm not going for 1 rep max lifts and shit like that. Typically I increase the volume the longer I go into the diet. I'll do up and down the weight rack on lifts. Do super sets add a set to to certain exercises, etc... go for a really good pump.
The weight comes off very quickly. I don't lose any amount of muscle worth worrying about. I feel really good dieting this way. Never tired /lethargic because there are no crazy insulin spikes throughout the day.
I add letro toward the end of my cycle, lower test and increase drugs like masteron and tren.

I agree with most of this but a lot of people font have the discipline or knowledge of what foods do what to the body unless they write things down and document.
That's why I don't suggest eating carbs for the entire week even if you feel flat or whatever during the 6 days of the week. Most people don't even know what feeling flat means. For them its just an excuse to start eating shit and stuffing their faces the first sign of a hunger pang or craving.
In time as they learn how their body reacts and how easy it is they can play around with adding things or taking away things.

I know it's insane my var is up to 75mg and sd 30mg and drop back to 200mg.. yes of í test my blood. Few weeks ago I was total fine... going again after 10days
-
lol
you dont need 300g of protein a day
but if you think you do then:this
I can only go into my own experiences and what works for me.
With what I stated above, carbs are in mid double digits, fats are around 100 grams a day. The only thing left to increase is protein. That routinely takes me up to 300 grams protein a day if Im taking in 2200 cals. Anything less and I would be in a severe caloric deficit for way too long, till I carb load on the weekend.
When I start trying to increase mass I add carbs morning and after training, (only more if needed) and that is when protein will fall around the pound per body weight average.

i cut on 200g protein and 300g carbs a day easily... fats around 50-80g
>250g protein a day and im a fart machine. low carbs and i feel like shit and have zero energy... and therefore expand a LOT less too.
but to each his own

Interesting. I hardly ever pass gas during the week when carbs are really low. I eat 4-5 meals and have 2 shakes. I have no problems eating that much in the ratios I mentioned.
Once Saturday rolls around and I carb load, god damn, I dont even want to be around me. Farts are luck mustard gas.
Dont you also use T3 though?

doubt you actually need 300p but if you really feel the need to then I would just drink a carton of egg whites each meal or at least use them to supplement some chicken or red meat.
32oz egg white carton= 100g protein
-
Its pointless getting 300 grams in 3 meals you have to eat 5-6 meals a day to use that amount properly.
-

Ask the bigger guys on the board how much they took in when they made their best gains. Some.numbers were at 400 grams. You may argue they don't need that much but what they are doing is obviously working.
Also check out some videos of Ric Drasin. He used to train with Arnold, alot of the bigger guys ate a substantial amount of protein.
-
Last winter I ate over 400 gram protein 5 days a week some.time close to 500 gram, daily calories were around 4-5k and fasted half days on weekends put on over 20+lbs of new muscle once I cut didn't ever get to fat either went from 198ish September to 240lbs in mid December highest I went was 750mg test e or sust can't remember what inwas using and few weeks of dbol at 20-40mgs now i cut back to below 9% now I'm 225lbs when carbed up and full dieting down with higher protein takes longer but I even gain strength hit PRs on squat or DL each week when lean out because of the tren test mast and var drol now. It's high protein diet I attribute it too over 300 grams day throw science all u want at it I belive in extremely high protein. Also I'm fat ass and want to eat more

because if they get you to buy into that horseshit then you'll most likely realize that it's a goddamn fucking pain in the ass to prepare 6-8 meals a day, so then you'll most likely buy thier protien powder or meal replacements they have ready to sell ya
-
I cant tell if you're being sarcastic or not.
i am not.
anyone who really thinks you can only absorb so much protein per meal (30g? lol) has absolutely zero clue about how the human body works.
unless you consume 200g whey isolate all at once and dont eat any protein for the rest of the day there will be zero difference.
lets be serious here, of course consuming a shitload of rapidly absorbing protein will lead to a high rate of protein oxidation and gluconeogenesis, but that is far from what anyone would do in real life.
whole food protein takes time to be digested... casein, meat, eggs, whatever. the more of it, the longer it takes.
a big amount of casein elevates plasma amino acids for 8+ hours. dose dependently. it makes EXTREMELY LITTLE difference whether you consume 5x40g protein or 2x100g protein, as long as your protein sources are not completely retarded (ie 100g whey isolate at once).
of course most people would prefer eating smaller meals more frequently because lets be honest, eating >1000 kcals or >100g protein in a single meal makes you extremely full and bloats for a couple hours. but thats the only difference.
-

Lol I have no problems preparing 6 meals a day. I go through a tub of whey every month in a half. I use no other supps at all. No one is bullshitting me or making a fortune off me. That was quite the assumption you made on your part brother.
My choice for eating that frequently is based on TRYING several methods. I'm 44 years old, 218 lean pounds. I think my avatar demonstates I look pretty good considering I destroy my body all day in construction and use half the gear guys younger then me use.
Thanks. I think I'll stick to what's worked for.me. You guys can suck back 100 grams a sitting if you want. Kudos if it works for you but don't be so quick in your assertions that I'm some sheep.

Thanks for the explanation. I always appreciate your input, although nowhere did i mention you can only absorb 30g at once. If I did I wouldnt be eating 300grams a day in 6 meals.
I won't go into a debate over it with anyone. Again, I'll stick with what works for me and I'll pass on that info to others to use or not. My word is not etched in stone as the end all and be all for everyone. I suggest trying different methods and gauging how effective it is for you.
If its working thats all that matters.

best advice right there... goes for everything in this sport... drugs, food, gym, cardio, rest and so on
