How imprtament is doing stratches?? I've always done wer up sets with weight. do i also need to stretch between sets and after my workouts??

Don't do any stretching and you will end up not being able to wipe your own ass in 5 years or so, no joke.

just basicklarge mucil streches (nothing fancy) for about 5-10 min

you mean scratching? take a shower once in a while and wash your clothes more often than twice a year. that should do the trick.
